Returns / Exchanges

Returns:

 Since BBC items are handmade and the nature of our merchandise, ALL sales are final.  How we do accept exchanges  that may arrived damaged or defective.

You can make an exchange/return for a store credit

if we receive an item that has been worn we will send the item back to you without exchange or refund and you will be banned from future purchases

Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your purchase.  Items will be prepped for production and/or shipping within 24 hours and then cannot be changed or canceled after this period.

Absolutely no returns! Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can’t accept returns for:

  • Barefoot Sandals (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Toe Rings (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Glovelettes (custom/personalized order)

Exchanges:
We accept exchanges only in perfect condition for:

  • Hand jewels (mid finger rings, thumb bracelets)
  • Exchanges on hand jewels must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
  • Items must show no visible sign of wear or discoloration of fabrics and hardware due to salt water and/or chlorine exposure.
  • Exchange of merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.
  • Store credit

We do not process exchanges. If you’d like to swap hand jewel items, you may:

  • Purchase another size/item online and we will happily provide a full refund for the original item once returned back to us, provided it is in its original condition, packaging
  • Original item must show no visible sign of wear, discoloration of fabrics and hardware due to continuous salted water and/or chlorine exposure.
  • The original invoice is provided as proof of purchase and is returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Because many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

 

 

Faulty Items:

We apologize if an item you’ve received is not in perfect condition or has been damaged or defective. Please email an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase to hang@beachbunnscloset.com.

We do not make exceptions to this policy..
