All of our merchandise are MADE TO ORDER. This means your item is made once your order is placed.

Since all items are HAND CRAFTED, CUSTOM MADE and MADE TO ORDER  by Beach Bunn’s Closet, please allow 1-5 business days for production time and often times less.  If you are on a deadline, please let us know.  If there is no confirmed deadline and we are running longer than anticipated we will touch base with you.  Also, please note that large orders may require extra time.

Cancellations:  MUST be made within 24 hours of your purchase. Items will be prepped for production within 24 hours and then cannot be changed or canceled after this period.

HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

Orders will ship within 1-3 business days, after completion of production.

– Saturdays & Sundays
– To P.O. Boxes or APO/DPO Adresses

* Please allow an additional 5 days for shipping during Holidays or Special Promotions. Shipment times can be delayed slightly, so let us know if you’re on a tight deadline before purchasing.

* Custom requests will be quoted at the time of inquiry, but by standard, this can run from a few days for a simple request and up to 2 weeks for more complex requests.

We cannot guarantee deadlines on shipment delays beyond our control including (carrier delays, holidays, high volume promotions, inclement weather and natural disasters).

Currently Beach Bunn’s Closet ships via USPS, UPS, DHL or FED EX.

We ship Monday – Friday. (excluding weekends and holidays). 

We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. 

All domestic orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

IT IS NOT our responsibility to track each package and is the property of the purchaser. Tracking numbers will automatically be e-mailed once the order is prepped for shipment . 

BEACH BUNN’S CLOSET IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OR STOLEN  PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED AS DELIVERED BY THE SHIPPERS TRACKING.  Every customer will receive an order number as well as the tracking number when their order has been shipped out. SHIPPING & HANDLING

Currently Beach Bunn’s Closet ships all International orders from New York City

International shipping may require additional fees

Beach Bunn’s Closet ships via USPS DHL or FEDEX for international orders.

We are not able to cancel or change your order if we do not receive your request before shipping confirmation. 

All International orders over $250 will require a signature upon delivery.

All prices and services are subject to change without notice.

Your order may be subject to VAT, import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country for it’s delivery.

We ship your order with taxes unpaid, so please take note if you will occur any charges as we are not responsible for them. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. This is standard for most online purchasing with any company. If you do not pay these taxes or your package is UNCLAIMED, you will NOT be given any refunds if the items are not paid for and collected. This is the buyers responsibility and unclaimed items due to non payment of VAT tax will not be refunded. 

For more information regarding your country’s custom policies, please contact your local customs office.

For items that come back to us being either unclaimed at customs or the wrong address or information was given to us, a store credit will than be issued MINUS any costs that have occurred to us for the order (i.e. shipping and handling costs). 

Please contact us by email if your country is not listed as a destination for delivery.

Please be aware that once a package leaves the US, it becomes the responsibility of the postal service in the country of destination.   The customer assumes all responsibility for any loss, or damage of these items. For international shipments please allow up to 6-25 days for delivery.  Some foreign postal systems are faster than others, but we can not guarantee an arrival date.  

By placing an order for international shipping, the customer agrees to pay all taxes and customs duties when the package arrives in said country.  Packages that must be processed through customs may take extra time, so please allow for this when trying to estimate a delivery date. Beach Bunn’s Closet is not responsible for these additional costs.  Orders will not be refunded for packages that are not accepted by recipient.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  Safely package and ship the merchandise within fourteen (14) days of receiving your shipment to:

Once the return safely arrives at Beach Bunn’s Closet, we will inspect the item(s) condition.  (Note – Any merchandise that does not meet the requirements of our Return Policy will not be accepted.   Please allow 3-5 business days for your return/exchange to be processed.

  •   Beach Bunn’s Closet only provides a store credit.

  • All of Beach Bunn’s Closets items are one size fits most. However, if the item you purchased is either too small or too large, please contact us @hang@beachbunnscloset.com.

  • Beach Bunn’s Closet does not exchange or replace returned merchandise. Because of health and safety regulations, returns are for store credit only.

  • Beach Bunn’s Closet will happily provide a full credit for the original item once returned back to us, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.  The original item must show no visible sign of wear, discoloration of fabrics and hardware due to salt water and/or chlorine exposure. Or has been altered from it’s original condition in any way.

  • The original invoice must me provided as proof of purchase and is returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • A new online order must be made for replacing items. 

  • Beach Bunn’s Closet is not responsible for damages caused by misuse or improper care.

  • Beach Bunn’s Closet is not responsible for lost or stolen items after your order was delivered.

  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Unless the return is a result of our error.

  • Beach Bunn’s Closet is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during returned shipping.

  • A store credit of the merchandise amount (excluding discount and/or shipping fees) will be issued to your account.

  • Beach Bunn’s Closet reserves the right to limit returns.

  • Many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email.

  • All CLEARANCE  and SALE items are FINAL SALE. NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.

  • All CUSTOM MADE  items are FINAL SALE.  NO REFUNDS OR STORE CREDIT.


    FAULTY ITEMS:

    We apologize if an item you’ve received is not in perfect condition or has been damaged or defective. Please email us immediately at  hang@beachbunnscloset.com with an image of the fault and proof of purchase so that we may assist you accordingly.

    Damaged or defective items must be claimed within 7 business days of confirmed delivery.


THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS TO THIS POLICY

Beach Bunn’s Closet’s merchandise is made with love!  Our jewels and accessories MUST BE CARED FOR PROPERLY TO PROLONG WEAR AND TEAR AND TO AVOID TARNISHING AND/OR FADING OF FABRICS.


CAN I WEAR MY JEWELS IN THE WATER?

Shower –  Avoid showering or bathing with your jewels.

Swim –  We do recommend wearing your jewelry in salt or chlorine water.

 
CAN MY JEWELS HANDLE OTHER ELEMENTS?

Sweat – Our jewelry is not intended to be used during strenuous physical activity.  

Sprays –  Use perfumes, hairspray, tanning oil, lotions etc. before putting on your jewelry.

Sleep – Never sleep while wearing your jewels.

 
CAN I BE ROUGH WITH MY JEWELS?

Please take care of jewels as you would any special item!  Our jewels are very delicate in nature and should be treated as fine jewelry would.  We use some of the finest elastics, ribbons, beads, stones, jewels and hardware; so treat it with love and care to preserve its life.

 
HOW CAN I CARE FOR MY ACCESSORIES?

Clean – Please hand wash our fabric merchandise with cold water and mild soap (like lingerie or natural detergents) – AIR DRY ONLY

Clean –  Jeweled items, please wipe with damp cloth.

Clean – Marabou feathers can be cleaned lightly with mild detergents and warm water.  However, do not rinse feathers directly under faucet.  – AIR DRY ONLY

All of our jewels are handmade and MAY vary slightly; this makes your item special just for you. No two items will be exactly the same.  Any irregularities and variations in the color and texture of our fabrics, ribbons, and cords are characteristics of the fabric adding to it’s natural beauty and is in no way to be considered defective.
